School of Graduate Studies
The School of Graduate Studies supports the University vision and mission by coordinating establishment and development of graduate programmes, graduate academic programmes and regulation, admission and conduct of examinations, student welfare matters, stimulate and support of mutually engaged staff members and graduate students, and encourage the publication and dissemination of research findings. Our core values are customer focus, collegiality, excellence, professionalism, equity, accountability and innovativeness. We strive to promote university wide excellence in graduate education, training, research and communication of research findings. The School works closely with members of the Graduate Faculty who constitute Departmental Graduate Studies Committee’s and Faculty Graduate studies Committee’s to discuss matters pertaining to student’s admission, examination, welfare and award of degrees.
